I know that it is still the month of May. Actually it would just be Mother’s Day this weekend but I think it is better to start shopping for Daddy’s gift for Dad’s day next month. Dad has always been the best provider for our family, a great adviser and a very dependable man in almost everything. This is the reason why I want nothing but the best for him. I am thinking of giving him leather briefcases for men or a stylish men’s watch, but I cannot make up my mind up to this point. I hope I’d be able to finally decide next week, so that I will still be a month early for the occasion. Can’t wait for Dad’s day!

My Home Spa

I want my master’s bathroom to have a spa ambiance so I am thinking of ways to make it more than just a room for bath. One of the options I am considering right now is buying an electric pool heater that can give me a relaxing warm bath whenever I want to. I shopped for prices and realized that they fit into my budget. I am also glad to find that there are stores that offer free shipping and installation – requiring less money to have my own spa. Aside from this pool heater, I am also considering decostones and live plants that will complete the spa atmosphere.

New Biz on the Way

I am putting up a new and bigger grocery store in the city next week that is why I am so busy these past few weeks, making sure everything is ready for the opening day. Well I almost forgot one important thing that I should buy for my store, good thing my brother reminded me about it. He said that I should buy stanchions and ropes for my store to make sure the line to the cashier will remain to be orderly. I already checked out stanchions wholesalers online and my orders will be delivered right before my opening day. I am really excited to have this new business!

Little Drummer Boy like Dad

I want my son to be a talented drummer like his dad. My husband was a band member in school where we met and I am hoping my son would be as gifted as his dad. With that, as early as four years old, I enrolled my son for drum lessons and I even made a small studio in our house. Yesterday, I just bought Attack Drums and in just a few days, he will have the drums that he can use at home. I am really excited to hear him play his brand new drums!

Old TV, New Location

We bought a new television for our living room and so the old TV we had there will be moved to our guest room. Since the room isn’t that big, it is impractical to place the TV on a rack, so we have to have it mounted instead. And so I decided to choose among peerless mounts to mount our TV. This mount brand are easy to use and install so I am pretty sure mounting the old TV to its new place wouldn’t take too much of my time.

Birthday Surprise

I was surprised to receive a gift from my son this morning. I turned 30 today and I didn’t expect anything until my husband and son surprised me with a breakfast party. I am deeply touched by their thoughtfulness, especially with my son’s sweet gift, that my husband helped in buying for sure. They know how much I like bead bracelets so they gave me an onyx bead bracelet. This will be another good addition to my collection, a special gift that I will surely treasure for it is my son’s first gift for me!

Mom and Dad’s Silver

It’s going to be mom and dad’s silver wedding anniversary and my brother and I wanted to give them an all-expense paid Orlando vacation. My mom has been very vocal about wanting to visit Orlando and see our relatives there and I am sure they will truly appreciate this gift of ours. We have been planning for the trip for months and I feel that everything will pay off. We are so happy that our parents are still happily together and we wish that this trip will make their special day even more memorable.
