The end of January is fast approaching and with this, the love month is just around the corner. And because of that, I already began looking for valentine gifts. Every year, my husband and I celebrate the event and exchange gifts. And since we just moved to our new house, I am planning to prepare a special dinner for us in our porch and a special gift for him will complete the event. I am really excited for this year’s Valentine’s Day. I wonder what his gift would be for this year!

Since Halloween is through, we spent the entire weekend removing our Halloween decorations and we replaced them with christmas ornaments 2011. Every year, my husband and I love to decorate our home for Christmas. But this year, it becomes more special because our little boy has helped us in the task. He was the one who chose the color of the balls in the tree and was even the one who placed the star on top of it. With all the decorations and our family being together, Christmas this year is something we are all looking forward to.

This year is my husband’s first Father’s Day. Because of this, I prepared a very special dinner for us and bought him a special gift. I had a hard time choosing the perfect gift for him despite the many options of fathers day gifts dad will love that we can find in real stores and even online. When I gave my gift to him, I held my breath for I was not sure if he will like what I prepared for him. Well, I held my breath for just a few seconds because he liked it! Glad he did!

We went to the mall this morning with my husband to buy new clothes. My curiosity just struck me so we entered a store that offers sexy maid costume. The store offers a lot of costumes to choose from and they just make me remember my teenage days, when costume parties are a part of my weekend life. And now that I am a mother of a teenage girl, I think I need to prepare myself for such parties, once again, but this time for my daughter to attend to. I just wish she would choose costumes that are a bit less seductive. (just a mother’s thoughts, Lol)

Father’s day is just around the corner and I am so excited to celebrate it with my husband because it’s gonna be his first Father’s Day celebration. Right now I am looking for gold chains at my favorite online jeweler. Last year, I bought him a new watch for his birthday and I feel that this celebration should be made more special with a special gift because it’s his first. I already have my top choices and hopefully before this week ends, I will be able to finalize my order and eventually receive my order by next week. I am really excited about this special day and I know that hubby is, too.
